Most PMP Exam question not only test your understanding of Project Management, but also test whether you are flexible or rigid in your approach.
One thing that appears in PMP questions is the use of Hard Answers versus Soft Answers – Which one should you choose?
For example:
A project charter must be signed by the sponsor
or
A project charter should be signed by the sponsor.
